I was perusing my phone the other day for apps and I came across the one for visual voice mail and to my amazement it said it was free. Is this correct? Is it just free to download but still $2.99/mth?

It is free to donwload but it will charge you, they have it in the shop for free because it was preloaded to your Rogue once bought it.

No. it is not free for unlimited data users, I have unlimited data and I still get charged for it.
