Hello, I have a SD card for my phone and it's not showing up as a mass storage device anymore on my computer.  It used to show up with another drive letter when I went to "my computer" on my pc.  I've since changed phones (my 1st one broke).  When I plug my USB cable into my computer, the computer is not recognizing the storage device.  It charges fine so I know the USB end on the computer is working.  I have tried reinstalling the USB software from the Verizon disk and also removed and reinstalled the card from the phone and both didn't work.  If anyone could please give some suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks in advance, George

I'm having a somewhat similar problem.
I formatted my SD card once I bought it, since then any attempt to add files to from my computer or format it, won't work it says that the disk is write protested or that the disk is full.
I've had the phone for about 3 weeks and really not fond of all the time I have to put in just to use it for anything besdies phone calls.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

goto settings>USB mode and check "ask on plug"..then when u connect the phone to your computer select "modem only".  then goto settings>tools>USB mass storage and connect.  That is the only way i can get my computer to recognize the SD card.
