"yes this is the best program I found for accessing and moving pics, movies, music
from phone to pc or visa versa..."

I prefer no software at all for moving pics, movies, music and photo's..  I usually use a MicroSD Card reader and just drag & drop everything I need /want moved..........
Or Sometimes its more convenient to use the USB cable with the phones USB Mass Storage option..

When I plug it in with the USB, it only give me option for music & playlists folder.  So I purchased a micro sd and I can now copy, not cut, but copy my music/pic/flix/sounds to my computer.  But it says the card is write protected so I cannot delete or put documents/music/photos onto the card... also How can I view documents like pdf word, excel? I cannot find this document viewer program.  Thank you for the help. sorry so much in one post.  I tried looking for the answer here and other places.

Hey... And Happy Holidays..........

Ok..  You can use either a Card Reader or the 'USB Mass Storage' Option.. It is the same procedure...

If you do not have a MicroSD Card Reader... Plug the phone into the USB port on your Computer....
Tap the RED END key to stop the Music Sync routine....  Tap Menu... Tap Settings & Tools...
Tap Tools... Scroll down and Tap 'USB Mass Storage'....

Wait a few seconds and the phones MicroSD Card will now appear in your  'My Computer' as a Flash Drive....

Place the .doc, .docx .pdf, .xls, or .txt files you want to read in your 'my_files' directory on the MicroSD Card..

To read these files from the phone...  From the main screen.........

Tap Menu..... Tap Settings & Tools.... Tap Tools... Scroll Down... Tap * File Reader...

From here you should be able to select the files you placed in the 'my_files' folder...   Smiley

If you need further assistance... please feel free to ask.....  I will try to explain in a more detailed fashion...

I don't think its has the ability to cancel a text while it is being sent. I try every buttons and nothing work.

i've  found that if I start a new text message (like by using the message button on they keypad) I can cancel it while it's being sent.  But if I am creating a reply to a text and hit send, it can't be cancelled.

Lot easier for me this way instead of trying to get that little card out of the phone, lol.

I have read this entire thread and I'm very confused.

1st, I do not have the USB MASS STORAGE option everyone is talking about.  I have USB MODE.  Once selected, I have 3 choices, Media Sync Mode, Modem Mode and Ask on Plug.

2nd, my phone is not detected when using VZW Access.  I downloaded the correct version.  I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

You DO have the 'Usb Mass Storage Mode'  <-----  Once you know how to get to it..

When you 1st plug your phone into the USB port... Tap the RED END key to cancel the phone from trying to sync..

Tap Menu....  Tap Tools & Settings... Tap Tools... Scroll down and....
Tap 'USB Mass Storage'
In about 10 seconds your phones Micro SDCard will show up in your Computers Explorer as / like a flash drive... You can now proceed to drag & drop items to and from it........

I finally got USB mass Storage mode to come up after connecting and reconnecting quite a few times.  But, my phone tells me to connect the cable.  The cable is connected, considering I am charging the phone off of it.

Try removing your battery and then try to connect, especially if you did the recent software update.
