Reverse Service Programming?

Ok, if there is anything that covers what I'm about to ask, I could not find it specifically on the site & I apologize in advance if I missed it...

With that said, my Samsung Rogue was flashed for use with PagePlus prepaid service.  Well, dummy me went to the service programming menu.  I DIDN'T CHANGE A THING.  When I exit, it says "Exit Service Programming", then restarts.  As I've recently discovered (within the past 15 min.) is that I can now not send/receive text messages or phone calls.

Is there a way to reverse what I've done (or didn't do, as the case may be)?
