Some pretty sweet ideas. i have some similar and different ideas :]

-another home screen kind of like the Samsung Hd if you are familiar with that. The widgets seem to be too big like the shortcuts and favorites. if you want them both you really dont have any other room.
-More use of the directional pad so that you can select things as when you scroll.
-more widgets. The rogue is very limited on widgets
-touch screen qwerty keyboard
Thats really all i wish it had but other then that is a sick phone!

To have the option to set individual text message alerts by contact, that way you know who is texting without having to look at your phone!  Smiley

My #1 issue with this phone is its speed. I created a shortcut to my inbox on my home screen, and it literally takes up 3-4 seconds to respond when i hit it. 3-4 seconds! This has discouraged me from texting on several occasions. It should take less than a second (i.e. instantaneous) to open my inbox. Samsung, please focus on improving this phone's speed!

My list
1. Better browser similar to safari that can handle more. Can't count how many times I have been on a website and the links wont work or a video won't play. I would love the ability to watch full episodes of my favorate shows on NBC or CBS without having to pay for vcast. I wanted to take a nice hot bath after a stressful day one time and was so ticked when I wouldn't find one internet radio site that would play on this darn thing. I've had ipaq phones before that could do the stated. Nothing makes me angrier than paying money thinking I would be able to do so much more and in reality only being able to surf the net and watch youtube videos.  I think the browser is handicapped and Verizon/Samsung owes us owners a fix or alternative for giving us just a weak one.

2. Widgets, why can't we get more of them? The phone is capable, so why not give us the ability to add more widgets?

3. Take a page out of Apples book. Improve the app store, and allow us to download FREE apps as well as paid, maybe allow 3rd party apps

4. I have wallpapers, family pictures, work pictures, all in the same location, being able to put pictures into different folders would be a great idea.

5. Could we get a different theme. The rogue default theme is getting old. Needs a new or customizable look.

6. Did I mention the browser is horrible! Angry

7. Full flash support, flash lite is a buzz kill

8. widget and full support for pandora radio or something like that. Need my internet radio when I am not near the computer!

Verizon already makes us pay for data such as a smart phone, says this is smart phone like, so give us more smart phone features.

It has been mentioned before, but better YouTube quality from the browser would be nice.

I have several downloaded videos that play beautifully, but anything viewed from the browser is disappointing, to say the least.

And please, for the love of all that is holy, give us more free apps...

Oh and one more thing, an ability like a hotkey to lock the home screen so you have to enter a passcode when you want to unlock your phone Smiley

not sure if this can be done with software but I'd like a more powerful vibrator... no, not for that you dirty minded freak!

being a machinist i keep my phone in my back pocket, it's the only safe place, and with all the noise i rely on the vibrate to get my attention and the rogue is just not cutting it.

of course a better flash version/browser... the dirty minded freak in me likes to watch some of those other educational movies sometimes.

I'm just curious. My only issue about it is that I'd like the ability to turn the qwerty keypad light off whenever in use ... I'm a battery life junkie so I'll do anything I can to save battery power!

you can try turning the screen brightness down that may help..
MENU>SETTINGS&TOOLS>DISPLAY SETTINGS>BACKLIGHT then just drag that little box back.. and that should conserve battery life if you havent done that.

Maybe a dumb question...

What can be added by a software update?  Can you add and take off anything on the phone?  Can you change all the settings?  What are the possibilities?

Guess this topic is a mute point now, since the Rogue is discontinued and we probably wont be getting s**t for it anymore, lol.
