where can i find usb charging drivers? I have looked everywhere and cant seem to find them.

There are no need for USB drivers to charge..   

But if you still want the drivers for using the other external software i.e Pc Studio...
It (the Rogue) doesn't work well  with Bitpm yet...  I'll give you the links below..

lol, charging driver, that's a new one...

here is a link to get JUST the driver w/ having to download VZAccess Manager. You don't need it to charge your phone on your PC, but it helps to detect the phone. Your phone should charge no matter what when plugged in via USB to your computer, as long as it's powered on.

Three hardware manufacturers have now released drivers for their motherboards – while MSI and Gigabyte are responsible enough to limit their products to their own stuff, Asus was too lazy to implement a protection of its own. This has led to the video below, which shows various systekms charging drivers..
