I sent Verizon two feedback messages from the website regarding problems with the rogue as far as browser problems and other issues that I listed in the post on this site. I was surprised when I was contacted by Verizon, whom stated they were forwarding my messages to marketing and that they have been contacted by many people about the rogue and things people would like to fixed, and they are working on seeing about making improvements to the rogue to please their customers and make the rogue work for what the customers need them to. They stated they wanted to make sure they told me they are forwarding my complaints to the right people. From the rep I had a strong impression they are indeed working on making us happier with the rogue.

Everyone on here should use the feedback form on verizons site and send how they feel the rogue needs improved, expecially those like me whom think the browser leaves alot to be desired. If you read my post here, http://www.samsung-rogue.com/software-updates/what-kind-of-things-would-you-like-to-see-(fixed-or-added)-in-the-next-update/75/ you will see everything I sent them.

If we all send them messages and they continue to forward and work on a solution, maybe we will have all the improvements we desire. This is the first time I ever contacted verizon that they actually gave me enough info that made me feel they are working on the issue.

Again everyone please send your complaints and improvement suggestions, the more do, the better our chances I think. If I thought they were just giving me lip service I wouldn't be wasting my time here.

I sent Samsung two messages using their site recently with comments and issues I'd like to see fixed (multiple home-screens, multitasking music player, etc) and they responded saying the usual, but comforting, "thank you for your support and feedback, your comments have been forwarded to the appropriate party" (paraphrased).

I did ask if Swype was in development for the Rogue, as it is listed as a feature on Samsung's page, and they responded, "With regards to the Swype feature of the phone, it is a feature that is still on the works with samsung.  Please check with us for future release."    Sounds semi-promising!
