someone please please please help me!!!

I have been trying to get the ringtone from the movie crank on my phone for a week now. I can not figure out how to do it. Every link I find on my phone wont work when I try to download it. Will someone walk me through the steps I need to do to get this???

download it as a file on your computer, and then attach the file to an email sent to (yourphone#here)@vzwpix.com

then you will be able to save it to your phone as either a media file OR a ring tone, (or both, but only one at a time)
