So I downloaded some ringtones from phonezoo and I added specific ringtones to certain contacts.  But, when that contact calls the default ringtone goes off.  What am I doing wrong?

Hmmmm... The only thing that I can think of off hand,  Is that the phone isnt saving the changes that you are making to the Contact. After making changes double check and make sure the changes are actually being saved .

I have the same problem. I made ringtones  and set them for my hubby, kids and work.  I have double checked to make sure they are set but still the default ring rings.

Be sure you have the area code included in the contact's phone number.

For example...if your hubby's number is (555)555-5500 but you have the number in your contacts list as 555-5500 then when he calls from that number it will play the default tone because the area code is not listed under contacts.

I ended up going to verizon to ask them and one of the guys told to try putting in the area code. I did that and it worked! I don't understand why when I called customer service they didn't tell me to try that.
