I read the other answers to this question but the USB Mass Storage is saying connect cable to the PC. it is connected my phone is charging while it is connected but the computer wont read the USB connection.

Can someone help me??? I have been dealing w/ this for a week i am on the verge of returning the phone.

You might need to install the drivers for the phone on your pc. They are available from various sites. File name is SamsungUSBDriver_4_40_7_0_v1_6.zip Google it and download from a site that you trust.

when the phone is connected and charging turn the phone off and on, it should show up.
