I had the Palm Treo 700WX. That thing was a beast to carry around. Much better battery life than the Rogue and I could surf the net with out a data plan but with the Rogue being smaller and way more fun, I can deal with the battery life. That's what car chargers are for right? BTW-I had Alltel (RIP) with that phone but once I switched to a Verizon plan and phone, I started getting better reception.

My first phone was a silver Motorola candy bar type... with the antenna sticking out.. then a year later I got a LG VX8100 one of the original VCAST phones. It was between that and the Red Samsung... not sure why I chose the LG... My mom got herself the LG V. Then a year later she switched to the Moto Q, I got the V and my dad got the VX8100... then the next year my contract was up and I got the Voyager, before everyone else... is anyone else seeing how I've never gone outside of LG?? -sigh-

In any case, my mom got me the Rogue for christmas. Only, I'm not supposed to know about it yet. 'Cause I'm typing this at 1 am...  but she's the one who had it sitting out on her bed... and tried to get me to wrap chargers and screen protectors and shells though I'm pretty sure she didn't know what was in the bag...

She got herself and my step-dad the EnV Touch. Evil phone. It's gonna be odd trying to figure out the new keyboard on the Rogue... with the space in the middle...

BTW I'm 16... got Moto at 11, LG VCast at 12, LG V at 13, Voyager at 14 and now Rogue at 16... one of my friends used to get a new phone every month...

First phone I got when I got keys, and that's because Dad never had to drive down the interstate to take us to see his mother in law anymore.  So, after I promptly made my sister a navigator, and was able to get to my destination, I could call Dad to let him know we got there okay without placing a God awful collect call or long-distance call.  That was an old Nokia candybar phone that lasted longer as we had Cingular.  When we switched back to US Cellular (Cingular's coverage maps suck, don't let them tell you otherwise!)  The nokia phone had snake and tetris games I think, and maybe something like pong too.  The alarm clock always worked and was loud.  The chassis was made of metal and despite the falls it took, it remained in one piece. It was a great analog/digital cell phone. Second phone was when we changed back to USCC, some LG flip-phone which performed flawlessly for the years I used it until we upgraded to Moto KRZRs, which had an unreliable alarm clock and overall had a lot of quirky software.  I liked the KRZR's hardware format a lot and it was a good phone (physically).  Dropped USCC for Verizon, which covers a large home area so that I'm not roaming in places I visit in NC.

I have had 5...count em 5...phones in the last year or so and not because they were broken, I just got bored with em. First I had a Razr V3a with Alltel and then switched to an AX8600, good phone feature wise but a crap camera and display. Immediatly after that, I got a Razr2 V9m, loved it at first but it got old quick with the Verizon/Alltel merger in my area. So then I got an LG Chocolate 3. Once again a good phone, just got old fairly quickly. Didn't like the apps and not enough oomph. So now back in Dec. I got a Rogue, my first touch screen and I am loving it. Its a good phone, just can't wait to see how long it lasts...maybe 2 years???

Had the droid, The thing did everything but make phone calls easily.
Unfortunately, I took it back and got the rogue. I do wish I hadn't switched.
So if you have a droid and want a rogue, let me know.  Grin

Samsung Glyde, which I liked @ 1st but then started having major & minor problem. Long story short...after my 3rd replacement & samsung recalling/discontinuing the phone, I decided to move on. There still are a few "features" that the Glyde had that I wish Samsung would have put on the Rogue, but all-in-all I am very happy with this Rogue (so far, only had it 3 days now).

umm well first I had the Nokia shit phone that didnt even have a color screen. i remember those days... when I thought it was cool that my mom's phone had a color screen. Then I went to a Motorola flip phone, E815 i believe... which was an absolute sucky mess to txt with. Then I went to a Dare. I loved that phone sooooo much but then my dad gave me txting back and I was like SHIT??? how am I supposed to txt with this virtual keyboard??? And the screen wouldn't respond anymore so I begged and pleaded for a Droid, my dad took me to the store bought me one, i walked out of the store dropped it, and no more droid. Now i have a samsung rogue and my daddys credit card hurts.

I've had a lot of phones over the years but most recently I had the pink razor vm3 which I gave up for my Palm Centro.  Had my Palm Centro for 2 years and it's the last phone I've had before the Rogue.
