Introduction

I'm exqisitely bad at introductions.....LOL!
Anyway, living in northern Louisiana and had my phone for about 9 months.  I'm right at that stage where you realize you can do so much more with your mobile than just take calls.....and finding myself ridiculously frustrated at the blocks I keep encountering.  
I don't know if its that I'm on Verizon or the browser and player on the phone....but if someone could lead me to the posts that I need to read I would greatly appreciate it.

Drifted this way do to ghosting over the Verizon forums and still not finding quite the answers I was looking for, read a recommend by Axis to check out this forum...

I'm searching for information....with the downside that in some cases I don't even know the right way to ask a question....
