I have been a Rogue user since March. At first all was fine and dandy and it worked great. Then... after a few weeks the random shut downs began. It has progressively gotten worse and worse to the point it happens probably 10 times a day (when I text, put it in my pocket, or just leave it at the table!). I have never had this problem with any electronic device in my life and I'm trying to figure out what the deal is... Is there a cure for this or am I stuck rebooting my phone every half hour? I love it otherwise, but its killing me to keep restarting it!

Are you on the latest firmware?  You should take it to a Verizon Store, cuz SOMETHING isn't right...

I'm on my second Rogue phone and still having problems. It shuts down at any time and the last thing that happened is that apparently its memory crashed. I cannot tell if it is on or off. It just simply don't work. I've been trying to find out how to get out of the phone memory the data I have saved on the memory, even how to get the messages out, but no help from any place. I live in Puerto Rico and got the phone in Florida, USA. No more Verizon Wireless in my country! What a mess!!! Anyone out there who might give me some light!?
