I have read some of the other topics posted at this site about what is needed to set up the Rogue for tethering.  However, is there a step by step for this?  If not can anyone PM me with step by step directions to do this?  I believe I have found everything but don't want to mess anything up.

I have unlimited data and recently set my wife's enV Touch up for tethering and would like to do the same for my Rogue.

Thanks  Smiley

EDIT:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

for anyone who wants to know how to tether their rogue to their computer, PLEASE SEND A PM TO SHRPSHTR325 and you will receive a response with all of the files and instructions necessary to get it working

I have the following:

Rogue drivers - Windows sees and identifies as modem when Rogue is plugged into USB port
Samsung PST 1.0.010
Samsung Rogue dll

If anyone could help.  I am trying to remove the dun file and hook up my Rogue similar to the enV Touch method which lets you hook your phone to your laptop.  I think I have everything I need from reading some other topics. Just don't know where to begin.  Any help would be appreciated.  Please PM me if you need to.

Thanks!

Not that anyone was reading this, but nevermind.  lol.  I got it working using QPST software.  Very simple and easy to do.  Works great!   Grin

Is it acceptable to post step by step on a public forum?  If so, I will.  That's why I originally mentioned the "PM".  I don't even know if there are mods here anymore, but if they say it's okay I will do it.

Don't think it is as it breaks verizon's terms of use or something to that order. Thats why I never posted a detailed guide. But i've since switched to palm.

Stryton,
You might get a lot of this, but would you mind PM the steps to me as well. Sorry to put you to the trouble, but this sounds like it might be the fix I have been looking for.

Could someone PM them to me also. Can't believe this is not any where else on web. If anyone finds it elsewhere just send me link. Thanks ahead of time. Finally being able to do this will help when camping up the mountains.   Wink
