Angry I was at a local fair and i sat in water! Then i thought ohh it wasnt a lot of water my phones fine! but later it turned on, but it wuddnt let me unlock (hit the unlock button) it so i took out the battery and theres a puddle of water, i clean it out and i see the little swuare turned white not red. i think the water took away the first layer of papper. So when i get home i charge it/ hold in the off button and it makes a noise like its turning on, but the screens black. then i turn it back off to see if it would do it again, it didnt. but when its plugged in the green and red buttons light up and so does the flash, i thought i fixed that problem but odviolsly not! But dont suggest rice, i dont have any and cant get any soon. PLEASE HELPP! Sad

i personally tend to doubt the legitimacy of the rice solution, i have never had luck with it, i prefer to leave wet electronics sitting in the sun for a few hours or a couple days if needed, with the battery out and that seems to be a pretty good method of restoring them.

any DRY HEAT source should help to dry it out, hopefully you didnt burn up something by turning it on wet, if you did then your stuck.

for future reference, if any electronics get wet, no matter how little water it may seem to be, immediately remove the battery/power source and dry out the interior
