touch screen fell out..

My touch screen completely fell off and i might not be able to get a new phone for awhile and i have been using the voice cammand to get me to send text and calls the only problem i cant read new text and when i try to get in my settings, to change it to read my text aloud, it wont go into the settings. i was wondering if there was any way to somehow get into the settings. or maybe use the computer to control the phone so i can change that setting.

I tried that and didn't get a lot of luck. Even with using the computer, you won't be able to read texts because it only has basic keypad control, it can't navigate the main menu and such. Best luck is to try to reconnect the tiny ribbon cable (it's like an orange color) and the bottom of the screen to the inside of the phone. It will require a lot of disassembly though.
