How do I get QPST Device Capture set up correctly? I have my phone Connected via USB Port, but Device Capture will only pick up COM1 and COM2 ports on my laptop. What do I do?

Make sure that one you have the USB Driver installed, and the Phone in say 'Modem Mode', it will show in Windows Device Manager under ports, and should auto-assign a number, like COM4.
Then get QPST to recognize it by going to the config application, Ports tab, and Add New Port... button.
The list on the left should populate, and if it doesn't try unchecking the box that says only show debug/diag ports.  Or you can also manually enter in the name into both fields on the right as COM4.
Then it will be linked with the QPST server, and in the other application like Display Capture, it will be detected, and/or you r can select it by clicking the Browse... button.
