Okay, this has probably been posted over and over again.  But I haven't seen aanswer to it, so, I'm hoping someone will help me.

I can't seem to watch streaming video (ex. Youtube).  The phone worked fine when I first got it.  I would watch a video every now and then while waiting to pick up kids and never had a problem.  Then I started having to wait for an hour during practice so started browsing more sites.  (I had to up my plan to unlimited...LOL)

The last 2 months, I can't get anything to play.  Do I need to mention how tired I am of seeing "Media failed to load".....?  Verizon says there is nothing wrong, that the signal is not good enough.  Of course, this is also when I'm sitting at McDonald's with full signal, but they are insistant that it is only the signal.

Having read quite a few sites lately, I'm now conflicted, wondering if its the out of date browser, flash player, or just Verizon service.

Also, I've noticed that when I try to download ringtones from sites, that though they show up when I'm looking for them, when I choose to download them, the option to get the ringtone disappears if not the ringtone itself.  Even though the ringtone still shows up for my sister, (AT&T) on the same site, its not visible to me.

Is it Verizon that is the reason for this?

Help, I need factual information and maybe some ideas or solutions....?

try updating the phones firmware all the way (might have to do this a couple of times)

touch
>menu
>settings&tools
>Phone Info
>Software update
>Check New

and in order to get ringtones on the phone you need to download them to your computer and send them to your phone as an attachment to a txt message, you cannot download them from the phones browser
