Phone is froze at verizon screen

My rogue is stuck at the verizon startup screen.

How do I do a hardrest/reformat without going into the phone? I have done the basics like removing the battery. I know a lot of phone you can press and hold a few buttons and get this to happen but I dont know how to do it on the rogue.

I have done google searches and searched on this site to no avail.

Please help.
