Lock certain features

pleeeeeeeeeease help me guys.

so i'm new to this website, and like, im getting a samsung rogue for christmas. well i want one, and im trying to decide if this is the phone for me. i have an LGenV right now, and i am soooo tired of it. it doesnt have the lock feature. either you lock the entire phone, or you dont lock any of it.  :-\i loved it for the past year and a half, but as the past half year has gone by, i dont want it anymore!

i really need a new phone, and i want to know if i can lock certain features on it.

yu know, like lock the messaging center, the pics/vids, things like that. please help me. the keyboard, touchscreen, and security features is what i'm really lookin for. please let me know if i can do that!

why is it that this one is different from every other samsung phone?

but what i'm askin is why is the lock feature not on this phone but its on every other samsung phone??

i just called samsung & they told me that that phone has the feature that i was talkin about.
