Incoming calls don't show caller name from contact list

I have added names, numbers, etc. to my contact list, but when I receive calls it only shows the phone number on the screen. All of my previous phones would show name, number and home, cel or work on the screen when a call would come in from someone in my contact list. Is there a setting I am missing? Seeing just the number is not much help to know who is calling you.

Make sure you include the area code when you program the numbers into your phone.
