Incoming Caller name doesnt apper

hey guys ,

i have a Samsung corby s3653 phone, and i have this problem with the in coming calls and text messages I hope anyone can help me with this.

i have copied all my contacts to the phone. when i save the number with the country/are code i can see the name appear in the message , but i cannot see the name if that person calling me

if i save the number without the country/area code when im getting a call i can see the name but if the same person text me i cant see the name

so I have to copy the same number with and without country code this is bit annoying
is there a way that i can solve this problem
