getting pics from phone to computer?

is there a way to get pictures from the rogue to the computer with a program?   i got a new rogue because my old one broke and i need to get the pictures off of it. I already activated my new one so i cant send them to my email. I just need some program or some other way to get the pictures on to my computer from my un-activated phone(my older rogue).

If that link doesn't work just do this: plug your phone into the usb; go to menu; then settings & tools; then tools; then scroll down to usb mass storage; then on the computer choose open folder to view files on the pop-up; there will be folders for pix, video, music, contacts, everything, just copy and paste them to your pc.

So easy I feel dumb for not realizing it sooner. Good Luck!
