Copy/Transfer "My Sounds" files from the phone to computer or microSD card?

As a writer I use my wonderful phone as a dictation device all the time and have amassed a ton of sound files. I need to type up my notes, and the way they play without pause on phone makes transcribing them one at a time a PIT arse! So I want to copy them to my computer by first transferring them EN MASSE to my MicroSD card.

Key here is that when I just plug my microsd card into my computer it DOES NOT HAVE the sound files on it. I DO NOT HAVE a cord that can connect my phone directly into my computer (a fact relevant only with the assumption that plugging phone into computer would allow bitpim or some program to find sound files on my computer.)

I have A LOT of sound files and I DO NOT WANT to copy from phone to Microsd one at a time.  So again, what I'd really appreciate is a way to move or copy ALL my sound files NOT MUSIC just voice dictation files, AT ONCE, to my soundcard.
