Can I use my Rogue as a means of connecting my laptop to the internet?

I have been told that this can be done. Has anyone been able to do this? If so please let how.

I was able to do this using VZAccess Manager. However, I got an message indicating that the standard broadband access charges would apply. My question is... does your phone data package plan cover this or do you need to purchase verizons broadband access?

I have unlimited internet and texting on the phone.

I had tried it w/ vzw access manager and had ran a trial for 2 weeks but added the my current plan the mobile broadband was $14.95 a month i believe... it may have been $9.95 but either way i cancelled it.
