I downloaded Vcast song ID but I can't find it anymore.  When I go to download it again it says it's already on my phone and it let's me open it.  Whwn I close it I can't find it again?Huh? Huh Huh

Here is where it probably is. Go to menu, media center, music & tones, get new ringtones.
That is where mine is. Why it is there I don't know

that is so weird. I helped a friend put song ID on her phone(LG Dare, but more or less same menu system) and it was immediately on the browse & download menu. After restarting the phone it was gone. But sure enough it was in the get new ringtones!

I had the same problem. Don't thank me. It was another member who told me where to look. I tried to find the post so I could give that person credit. I believe it was stlcfan but I could be wrong. I would say 80% of what I know about this phone I learned from other members. Im here alot so I'm able to pass the word along.

Is this app completely free with the $9.99 data plan as long as I don't go over my 25 MB limit?
I'm new to downloading apps and it looks like some apps are free but I don't want to risk downloading yet.
