Replacement for Rogue Notepad?

I recently purchased a Samsung Rogue when I renewed my Verizon contract. Generally, I love the phone's features, but the included notepad is very limited, since you can write only a few lines before running out of space.

From reading messages on this forum and elsewhere, I now realize that the Rogue and most other Verizon wireless phones have a very limited number of apps to download.

I would like to install a word processor that is more powerful than the notepad included on the phone, or at least a more powerful notepad that allows me to take advantage of the huge amount of memory on the memory card. I didn't see one at the Verizon store. Does anyone know where one is available? I'd even be willing to pay a few bucks!
