I've had my rogue since about 2 days after it came out, and yesterday the phone died on me completely (wouldn't turn on, even when it was on the charger), turns out the charging port was bad so verizon gave me a new phone. I'm trying to download everything onto this new phone again, but i'm having issues with mobile email. Everytime i agree to the $5 plan, it says connecting, but then it just comes to a screen that says Item installed, and when I press ok it takes me back to the video description of mobile email. It never actually installs, no matter how many times I try, so if anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it
