My son's Rogue started locking up when removing the power cord last week.
Tonight I called VZW tech support to get the phone replaced under warranty and was told VZW is no longer selling the phone! Further, the tech could find no Rogues in any of their Distribution Centers... a check of their site revealed that the Rogue is no longer in the lineup... wow
This stinks!
what did you say to get them to offer you the reality?

Do you have the mobile email app installed? If so uninstall and the phone will charge properly.
