didnt order it online, but was to scared of scratches so went and payed the extra 10 bucks and had them put it on the first day at the mall and i love it!  i mean seriously cant say enough good things about these covers,  i just got the screen cover so dont know how the back part is but man they don't lie about not being able to scratch at all!

and if you were to order it i saw how she put it on, basically just sprayed some solution on the screen and protecter, im assuming it will come with it or tell what it was.  then had plenty of time to adjust the position and then just used a flat object to press out all the bubbles and creases until it was perfect and let it dry for a while.

I've put one on my phone... didn't like it. It was way too tacky for my liking and alot of other people sad it would go away but I had the phone (enV Touch) for about a month, maybe, and the tackiness never went away.

It does come with solution in a spray bottle but honestly, it just smelled like water to me. I used to do vinyl decals for a job and when we put things on we used a water/dish soap solution with a tiny drop of dish soap to a bottle of water, it seems to work better and stay wet longer than just water. You also need to make sure and put some on your fingers because if not, you will have fingerprints on the inside of your screen. You also need to make sure and squeegee (or card) it good, though I noticed with using the "solution" they send with it... it's harder to get the bubbles out (because it dries so quick) and with the soap solution they move themselves out easier. Also, make sure and let it sit a few hours before using it. It needs to settle and if there are bubbles left over they need to work themselves out, after about a day they seem to be gone.
