i got a set of the verizon screen protectors the day after i got my rogue to try and save the screen, i find that the protectors scratch much more easily than i would like, and they tend to collect alot of dirt on the screen (on top of the protector of course) so that i find myself cleaning it daily (i use lcd screen cleaner), would the invisible shield hold up better against scratches and collecting dirt?? does anyone have experience with both and which they liked better, thanks

-shprshtr

PS i realize the invisibleshield is more expensive, but if it lasts the life of the phone thats just fine with me

When I got my Rogue in the middle of Sept I bought The shields offered by Verizon. The rep put the shield on my Rogue for me and I still have it on. I have 2 small scratches and one small bubble. Even after spending 2 days burried in snow there were no futher scratches.

idk i have more than a few scratches on the protector, and i still have 2 of the verizon protectors left, but if the invsible shield  is considerably better i think id rather get that

and i put mine on myself and have no bubbles, but its not quite the right size has a little overlap onto the buttons at the bottom

Well all I can say is I'm very happy with the ones from Verizon, Like I said i'm still on my first one have 2 left. I do not know what  invisibleshield runs price wise because I have not looked for another shield. If you do try them and like them post and let us know.

i think im going to try them, they also have one for my zune, so ill get free shipping if i order together,

and my phone ends up in my pocket too often (even tho i have a belt case for it) right against my keys, which should explain the scratches, but the screen protector i have on it now just seems like its getting oily, and i cant get it to come clean and stay that way

ok, so i broke down and bought the invisible shield when my verizon backplate finally gave up on me (broke and wouldnt stay on well anymore), and once i finally got it on (which took a couple tries and was NOT easy) it is awesome, really is (so far at least) unscratchable, and easy to keep clean with just a clean cloth and actually seemed to make the touch screen work better (may just be that the verizon shield i had was getting in the way, im not real sure) if you have any other questions for me either post it up, or pm me and ill do my best to answer it

o yea, it only took 3 business days to get to me and it was sent priority mail w/o a tracking number

Boxwave clear touch crystal is a fantastic protector.  I like it much better than the Invisibleshield that I had.

i have just ordered the invisible shield for me and my wife's matching Samsung Realitys (or would that be realities?  hum.)  Anyway, I can only say that i have used BestSkinsEver.com's version (which is exactly the same thing minus the high cost) and i SWEAR By them.  I have had one on my 5th gen ipod since day one and the back mirror doesn't have a scratch on it.  And i have not been easy on that ipod over the years.  I absolutely love these things.  Unfortunately for me bestskinsever doesn't have on for the Reality yet, Which is a shame because it is only like $8 bucks.  But the invisible shield has one for $15 for just the face (which is all i want).

By the way, this is a permanent solution.  It does come off but you'll never need to.  Unlike the verizon ones that come in multi-packs because they know you'll be replacing it.

Anyway, i feel like a salesmen for one of the two companies, but i am not.  I just REALLY love the product.  and will be ordering one DAY ONE when the next ipod touch comes out.
