ok so i cant activate my phone quite yet but im texting ppl. and my balqance says there is nothing outsrtanding as for charges will i b charged for texting while its not activated?

I did the first automated call than it says I have to call 18778034646 and talk to a person about activating it.

Then your phone should be active? You can't text on a phone that isn't active... and usually you don't have to talk to a person to activate... all you do is dial *228 from your phone and follow the steps.
