Ok, so my rogue frequently froze and stopped reading my micro Cd card.  I took it into verizon and they sent me a brand spanking new rogue.  I'm now in the process of getting my pictures and videos off of my old rogues Internal memory.  I plug  the cord from my old rogue into my laptop > Click media Sync Mode > I get the options of :
1. sync digital medial files to this device (windows media player)
2. Open device to view files.
3. Import pictures and videos

If I

2. Open device to view files > It only gives me the Music and Playlist folders along with a Devicon.Fil and Devlogo.fil  files to choose from.  Obviously I want my pictures and Video which I dont understand why the files arent here.

If I

3.  Click Import PIctures and Videos option > it says No new pictures of videos were found on this device.

How can I get my damn pictures and videos off this F*****G phone's Internal Memory?

PS. The card reader in the phone does not work so I cannot transfer the pictures to my card to transfer else where...  I've also already Activated my new phone so I cant even manually send the pictures from my phone to email, which I have over 300 pictures so this will take forever anyways.  Verizon said it would take 2 hours for them to transfer the pictures on their in store system.

Any Ideas???

you plug in the usb cord, set it to modem mode, you go to main menu, settings and tools, usb mass storage...then it connects and it gives you options like transfer pictures, print pictures, view a slideshow and open folder to view files clkick on open folder, it should have a folder saying my flix and you highlight all the files right click and add the to your video player then sync them from the video player such as real player:)

I just got my phone today.. but my mom has had it a few months before for a few months...

i want to sync music but it keeps saying there's an error and i've tried using the USB Mass Storage, even with two Micro SD Cards and nothing works... It charges fine.. the only problem is trying to get stuff from my laptop to my phone and the other way around.

The problem with my USB Mass Storage is that it says its connecting to the PC, but the computer isn't reading it.

And the problem with Syncing is that the phone says there's an Connection Failure and to check the cord which works perfectly fine.

Me and my family tried to make it work but nothing happens!! :(

Annyy Ideaaaassss?? Pleassee?? :))
