Speaker Phone Question

Hey everyone,

  So I received my Samsung Rogue 2 days ago. I've made a several calls with it, but when I turn on speaker phone during a call, the volume seems a bit low. When the speaker phone is active, I used the volume rocker and set it to 8. But when I do that, it says it's the "Earpiece Volume" that I am changing. So I am wondering if there is a setting somewhere else to change the Speaker Phone volume.
  I played a few songs in the music player through the speaker and it's quite loud. I am hoping I can get the speaker phone as loud.

The same volume control,  Controls both the ear piece & speaker phone..
I have heard that some people say their Volume on Speaker-phone is low...  others are saying its ok...
Mine is fine for my environment were i use that option most....  But I could see were it might be tough to use it say in a Busy Store or other loud public place....
