Did you stick the ribbon cable through the slot and in the connector then push down the black piece of plastic that holds it in?

globaldirectparts now seems to have "minimum 3" of most of their items, including the digitizer screen.

Can anyone recommend another good reliable place for the digitizers?

Thanks,

Jerry

I got 2 digitizers from gadgetfix on eBay, the first one was fine but the second one did not fit the phone. I'm sure they fixed the issue so it should be safe to buy from there.

So another satisified screen digitizer replacement customer thanks to this thread.

It wasn't quite like the thread says, but I replaced it, and had no parts left over, and I think I have the respect of my teenager for a few hours.

So thank you folks for all your help and all the pics.

Thanks for everyone's information on how to disassemble the Rogue!
However, I have run into a snag...I have removed all screws from the back that I can get to except one. I have stripped the phillip's head on the screw that is closest to the 3 pronged gold battery poles. I have a needle nose plier that I have been trying to use to get around the head of the screw but the plate metal plate around it will not budge and my pliers are slightly too big.
Any ideas on how to get that pesky stripped screw out?
Many thanks! ...for all the info thus far as well!
