Yesterday, for no reason per my husband, his screen stopped working. He can still receive calls and dial out but he is unable to see what he is doing.  The phone is almost a year old, anyone know what might have happened?

Thanks!

idk what happened, but try pulling the battery out and try turning it on w/ the battery out (drain the system of any residual charge) and then put the battery back in and see if its fixed .

Unfortunately, that did not work. We were lucky and the phone is still under warranty (barley) so it is now in route to TX.

Thanks for the reply!
