MicroSD problem

Hello!
 My apologies if this has been posted before. I just traded my old Rogue to a new Rogue (since i'm still under warranty).  I got this new updates and everything.

Here's my problem:

My save options are all CARD.
I got a ring tone from phonezoo
When I got it, I saved sound
When I go to memory, It always saves on phone and not on card
When I try to MOVE it, it says all sounds are locked or copyrighted.
Is there anything i could do to fix this? It won't save to my card!

It never did this on my old Rogue. Anyone having the same problem? Thanks for your time!
