message alert

I think I may have posted this in the wrong area at first!...I just got this phone yesterday and got it all set up except for the messaging setting I want. I want to hear who is messaging me as with who is calling me. On my previous phone it was all one setting, if you set it for calling it set it for incoming messages too. Anyone know if this phone is capable of it telling me, verbally, who is texting me?.....any help would be great...dont know if I can have a phone that doesnt have the option....thank you
