Hello, i just purchased my rogue yesterday i plugged it into my computer and the verizon raphsody program and my computer recognized it. For some reason today when i try to hook up my phone it does not recognize it , it charges but the compter dosent recognize it. Yesterday install wizard came up for it but i exited out of it.

Did i do something to mess it up please help and ps: on using windows XP

i find it happens to me too. i just shut then phone and down and turn it on again. then is works.

Is there any other solution to this? My phone's the same way, but only since the software update about a month ago.

yeah, the software update has messed up the phone more then it already was. i love my phone and the freezing doesnt ruin my life, but it can get annoying.

Take the battery out and then put it back in. Werkt fer me...

weird the update seemed to have helped my phone, fewer problems and better battery life

Really? I notice no changes from the update except the lack of computer recognition until you restart the phone... wooooo update.

I had a similar problem and called Verizon for tech support and they couldn't even help me!  I found a website where someone had a similar issue and just removed the battery and put it back in and it worked, so I tried it!  Worked for me too!  And Verizon couldn't help me!  LOL  That says a lot about their tech support!
